Contact us at least 24 hours in advance

Send us an email describing your situation and propose 3 possible time slots for the meeting. Include the details of your equipment so we can prepare.

Example: “I have a Livebox and want internet TV on 2 televisions and WiFi internet on 2 computers. TV1 is [model], TV2 is [model]. Computers: one Windows, one Mac. Proposed times: Saturday 14:00–16:00 Paris time, Sunday 10:00–12:00, or Monday 18:00–20:00.”

The session is a flat €50 per hour. You complete the payment using the button in the payment section below, and we start working on your setup right away.

Questions

A few things people usually ask.

What do I need for the session?

A stable internet connection, your TV/receiver/computer, and a way to share your screen or allow remote access (e.g. AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or a video call).

How far in advance should I book?

At least 24 hours before your preferred time, so we can confirm the slot and prepare.

What if I need more than an hour?

The rate is €50 per hour. If the session runs longer, we continue at the same hourly rate.

Which languages do you support?

English, French, and Arabic.
